SAFETY & PARKING
We want to make Soundwaves a annual event and continually improve the sound, the depth of music, and the ambiance of the venue.
Our biggest risk is participant safety and community disruption. As with any event like this there are a lot of given dangers. But with the added factor of water and boats they are a lot higher. We will continue to invite the State Troopers to enforce boater safety and we will not tolerate Drinking and Driving/Boating during the Soundwaves event. To make this event a success in the future we must police ourselves in being responsible lake citizens.
Please come by water or carpool if possible to minimize the traffic on the lake road. On-site Gravel Pit Parking will fill up fast. Park as closely together as possible. Please do not park on the road, we need the best visibility for pedestrians as possible. There is a small gravel pit about a mile away before the event site to right that can hold parking. Also, once you pass the event site there is a subdivision called Salchaket Heights that can hold parking along its roadway. Parking attendants can help coordinate rides from these locations once parking is full in the main lot.
Lifeguards will be present
No Dogs on Bingle Camp Property
No Alcohol on Bingle Camp Property. You may do what you like on your own floating property.
